The beautiful market |
Situated in the heart of Semarapura city, 2 hours drive to the south, Galiran Market provided handicrafts, artworks, traditional fabrics and many more. The most crowded market day falls every three days on pasah (a three-day week based on Balinese calendar). I am amazed especially by the beautiful fabrics sold here.

Piles and piles... |

Any color, any style; you choose! |
|
Beautiful Endek woven ( top) , and the Sacred Geringsing woven ( below)
are abundant here, at a very good price! |
Last tips: don't forget to bargain: like any other traditional market in Indonesia; bargaining is a must, and you need to be an expert on it!
